Corrections

The correction path is a pull request to the public catalog or the claim flow, open to the subject forever, without an account fee and without a sales conversation. Turnaround is days, usually hours. A correction creates a new revision; prior revisions and their evidence stay addressable.

Disputes

A formal dispute appends a dispute.opened event against the exact revision in question. The published page shows the dispute immediately, without rewriting the underlying record or its provenance. A separate dispute.resolved event closes it, and both events stay in the public history.

Delisting causes

1. Trademark misuse on our side.

   A demonstrated misuse of a vendor's marks in how the catalog presents the record.

2. A court order.

   A binding legal order naming the record.

3. A factual error that cannot be re-verified.

   A demonstrated error where the underlying source can no longer support the fact.

4. Targeted harassment.

   Edge cases where a listing is being used to target people rather than to describe a program.

Not liking being listed is not a cause. A listing is facts the vendor published.

Until a vendor claims its page, the page states that the registry is not affiliated with the vendor and that the facts were observed from public sources. Logos appear only after a claim, through the exact-digest asset pipeline.
