Written before the first dispute, so every dispute is a lookup instead of a negotiation.
The registry holds itself to the same standard it holds its records to. Each policy below is a catalog record with its own revision digest: quoting a policy quotes an exact revision, and corrections move forward as new revisions instead of rewriting history.

Corrections, disputes, and removal
Corrections are free and move forward as new revisions. Disputes are public events against exact revisions. Delisting happens only for legal cause.
