Public data licence
sourcey catalog facts are available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Attribute a reused fact to sourcey with its Offer ID, revision digest, and canonical URL. Repository documentation and code keep the licences stated in their own files. A licence to reuse data is not a licence to use sourcey's name or mark as an endorsement.
Service use
The public site, API, feed, and MCP server are read surfaces. Do not evade rate limits, disrupt the service, send malicious payloads, misrepresent evidence labels, or use sourcey to imply a vendor approved an application when it did not. sourcey may bound or refuse abusive traffic to protect public access.
Accounts and authority
An optional Sourcey account can retain submissions, own scoped agent keys, track paid work, and participate in exact company-claim flows. You are responsible for activity authorized through your active session or keys and for revoking access you no longer control. Signing in does not establish vendor authority, program eligibility, company control, provider API consent, or payment authority; each of those requires its own explicit evidence or action.
Catalog limits
Sourcey records evidence under its published policies. Evidence coverage, vendor confirmation, verified company identity, checked Offer terms, and Agent Readiness are separate facts. Unknown eligibility remains unknown. Vendor terms, availability, acceptance decisions, taxes, and account conditions can change and control the actual transaction. Sourcey does not provide legal, tax, investment, or procurement advice and does not apply for or redeem an offer for you.
No warranty
The data and public services are provided as available, without a promise that every vendor, region, offer, change, or eligibility condition is complete or current. Verify material terms with the vendor before relying on them. sourcey does not promise uninterrupted service, search indexing, directory acceptance, agent selection, or commercial savings.
Corrections and changes
Report a suspected error through support. Corrections move forward as new revisions rather than rewriting cited history. These terms may also move forward; the effective date above identifies this public version.
